After acoustic trauma i had just buzzing. Then i took ototoxic meds and my state got worse (new tones). But i can see change without reason. Last time "freezer" started in my right ear (after onest without reason), it was stoped maybe after 3 month.

@SoulStation :( Ou.. Because i took 1800mg per day... Then i took 600mg per day and my T got worse.. Then i increased my dosage and my T went again down... Anyway.. NAC can affect T.. Maybe good news..

When did you have spike before, got it better or just you habitued? Do you mask your T? I hear 2 noises, when i try fall to sleep. I dont know, how much is max dose of melatonin, but i take sometimes 6mg. I have 62kg and 170cm.

Do you have noise induced tinnitus? You can try NAC and magnesium.. And no ototoxic meds for sleeping.. I take melatonin(can be helpful for noise induced tinnitus) and bromzepam. And visit ent doctor.

I'm not saying, that xanax is antidepressant.. But i have bad experience with amitriptylin and risperidon(anti-anxiety med).. If xanax caused my worse state.. I dont know.. Probably amitriptylin or risperidon..

@carol kane Dont worry.. I had bad times.. Specialy after taking antidepressants.. But now it is better.. Maybe i habituate.. You will be better too.. Be careful with amitryptiln and risperidon..

Yes.. i use too water fall + melatonin.. Water fall is great, because make anions of oxygen in room. + Some relaxing music and white/pink noise.. Maybe air freshener can be helpful. I use bromazepam too..

So why does auris medical do clinical test for 1 year since onset? This is not a few weeks..
