Can TMJ cause my ears to make a crackling noise when I yawn and swallow? Also when I was lying down I moved my jaw and out of nowhere my ear had a fullness feeling and I had a really bad high pitched ringing for 5 minutes. Does that also sound TMJ related?

It started 2 months ago after a cold and ear infection. I was also very stressed around that time because of exams. But turns out I have tmj and I am starting to treat that. I am hoping the tinnitus will fade away with time considering I am only 13 and don’t listen to loud music, go to clubs...
