Hello Jo, Sorry to hear about the struggle. I'm praying some resources on here can help you get through the madness. I've been seeing a chiropractor and on occasion a masseuse. I don't know how much it helps others but it does relax me a bit. Please hang in there. Your brain can overcome much.

Thank you guys and I am appreciative of you all being on here. Sometimes I stay away from the forum because I just want to forget EVERYTHING that tinnitus is, but that only works for a little while at a time.

I notice if I have a headache or head cold, my tinnitus will get amplified a bit, but it goes down once the head is clear. That's what I've noticed so far. It IS bothersome trying to keep track of all the little things that go on in the head lol.
