@josho771 Without hearing protection? if not do it. Do not risk it. It can get worse. But well good that is has not got worse. In the begining of my T i was super scared and could not stop think about it. But i have been able to ingnore it during the day. But its hard when its super quiet.

@josho771 Yeah. I went to a flight show today and there was loud jet motors running but i had hearingprotection so it havent gotten worse what i can feel.

@josho771 Okay. sorry to hear that it hasn`t gone away yet. mine has gotten lower and even taking breaks by that i mean it dissapears for a minute or two (incorect spelling i know)

@Freeatlast Well so i went to the ENT yesterday. And she checked my ear and said it was fine. Sometimes your eardrum can take some damage but i was ok. So i am going to make a hearing test to see if i lost any hearing. But she said it can go away it will take a long time thoug like 3-4 months...

@Raphael7713 Yeah. I hope so too. I read about a terrorist attack exposion and 47% of the peapole that got T from the explosion got recoverd compleatley. So i still hope for the best

@w-drak Well for me it got worse for a while but now it is better and i can sleep for 10 hours without waking up. Going to sleep is easy. And i dont think about it during the day.

@josho771 Yeah, I think you have it like that too. You have blocked your ears with wax and now you hear you blood flow in your ears. Get someone to clean it out for you and share how it turned out

@josho771 try to get your ears cleand with proper tools. Like at the doctors. they can do it for you and i think it will be gone for you if you clean your ears

@josho771 yes i have. At first i got happy because it is soo nice to hear silence again even though for a short time but still great when you get annoyed by the T

@josho771 Have u read that about white noise. I should avoid it if i want the T to cure so bad. But if you cant sleep that may be the only option Edit: just saw your post

@josho771 But are you tired at the day of not sleeping much. I mean if you dont need more sleep than you have then i think its no problem. But in the beggining of my T i had hard time sleeping. I slept for 7 hours. And i need 10 do be able to not get tired in the day. And the white noise thing...

@josho771 But do you sleep much. Are you an adult or teen? I mean i think it's easier to deal with it when I had enough sleep. And I am glad that I did not get T over a weekend so that Monday morning at school would be terrifying.

@josho771 yeah same here. i am used to sleep in a super quiet room. I had my pc running one night and i couldn´t sleep so i turned it off to be able to sleep.

@josho771 it's hard to say. Mine was so obvious so I know for sure what it was. But yeah it could be those things that could cause the T. But if i understand you correctly it is not that loud. Mine is medium to low

Okay so I got tinnitus a week ago and now I want to play games but I have heard that you should never use earbuds if you have tinnitus. So I am wondering if I should use headset just at lower volume or speakers at low volume. I don't want to make my tinnitus worse, just play games and have fun...
