From my experience, your mind will get use to it. What you could do is read articles about curing hearing loss or tinnitus. So that you have hope and don’t worry and/or stressed out. Most important of all is to protect your ears.

My T is sort of mild. I don’t hear it when I go outside or stay in my home with my TV on at 7 volume. My house is very small, so we rarely use up to 30. The only time I hear my T is in my bedroom. It’s like hissing and high pitched noise. I do believe that it might go away (60%). It could heal...
