    Have you tried the Valsalva maneuver to depressurize your middle ear? Your eardrums might be retracted because of that. As for the fatigue, I am not sure about that, but to sleep better, I take melatonin. I would also highly recommend seeing your GP. Walking weird might be a sign of vertigo...
