    @MrCrybaby Hi, thank you so much for your response! It totally makes sense. I've read it is often caused by anxiety. Having in mind that I constantly chew on my fingers and lips I think this is a plausible cause of my problem. I hope if I work on my stress levels, that could help. Best regards!
