I also took Meloxicam along with Tizanidine but my tinnitus started days after I stopped. Although I did take the highest dose so maybe that's still the culprit.

I was also wondering the same thing about mine. I had tension headaches, took some medication and was also super stressed for about a week during the time as well as a couple of weeks before that. It's super frustrating not knowing what is causing it. :(

Probably about 9 or 10 years. I don't think I ever went over 60% volume. Although I don't know if the volume matters if it's been that long.
