You could try a nightguard? (Plque occlusale). Maybe you have jaw problems/misalignement. Maybe an osteopath could help you! And if it does not bother you, let your brain forget the sound!

I started melatonin 2 weeks ago and it start to works well. You should try it!! I can now sleep almost complete nights and it's amazing!

*Quick update: I just bought some melatonin to bring back my sleep. Talked with the pharmacist and she told me not to take melatonin,gindko and magnesium at the same time, because if it helps, i will not know wich one is effective! So hope i'll be able to sleep in the next few weeks! *Good...

Was listening music with headphones on computer at work.. but never too loud, and mostly podcasts... Maybe its a cummulative effects of all this years of headphones usage... :/
