I have the same thing jaw and neck movement change the sound sometimes for the better no always though. At the moment it's gotten so bad I get 2 or 3 different sounds at the same time. Hopefully one day we will vet so.e kind of relief. Could you tell me what is CBT. I only just joined this group...
