@Eddee 10mg of Prozac is a low dose. Usually start out with a low dose and work up to what is good for you. I have been on Prozac, Xanax, and Ambien for the last 25 years. It has helped me deal with my severe tinnitus. Hang in there and hope for better treatments or cure.

No medication works the same for all people. It’s great if Prozac helps your Tinnitus. Forget about the horror stories because all meds have them , Prozac has saved a lot of lives. Sure it may dull your senses but with a lot of people that is needed.

yes, I was slowly tapered off both antidepressants. I never in my life will take another. The withdrawls were bad with the first one, but not bad for the Prozac besides the T. The Prozac only made my anxiety and depression worse. Hope the T lessens soon, but doesn't seem to be letting up
