i'm at day 6 no after my injections. Tinnitus is back at the level that it was before the injections. Hopefully it will go down more.

if you do the first study you can do the follow up study. I also had no visible hearing loss. They actually needed people with no hearing loss and tinnitus that came by noise or an ear infection :)

got my last injection today. my ears feel a lot more clogged then last time and the tinnitus is much louder then last time that i got the injections. guess it's because i got both ears injected now instead of just one.

i also heard from the doctors in the hospital that a lot of people cancel their shots at the last minute cause they are scared from the needle injection in the eardrum.

hi all, another update today. Went to the hospital and had a big discussion with the doctor about getting the real am101 for both ears instead of just my right ear. In the end i got injected in both ears with the real stuff. Going for seconds and thirds tomorrow and the day after.

update on my part: Getting the real drug on wednesday, thursdays and friday. Going for both ears as well if they let me instead of just my right ear. If this doesn't work i can leave AM-101 completely behind me.

Havn't gotten another round yet. Have to get it within 2 weeks or i can't get it anymore

My trial ended yesterday. No changes in my tinnitus. Don't know if i got the placebo or am101. I got the option now for 3 injections with the real drug for sure. I got 2 weeks to make up my mind.

Hey Rog, No improvement yet. Either i got the real stuff and it isn't working for me or i got the placebo. Getting my 3 new injections (Real am-101) 31 juli-1 august- 4 august. let's hope those work beter :)

they give a form that the first doctor you saw about your tinnitus has to fill in before you can participate.

still no improvement here. anyone else got more success?

update: got my last injection 6 days ago. Ear is free again and the tinnitus volume is the same as before. no decrease or change in my tinnitus. Starting to think i got the placebo.

got my last injection on friday and my tinnitus is also back at the level it was before the injection. Getting my last injection in 2 hours. Second injection was more painfull then the first cause they could not sedate my ear cause the hole was not closed

Hard to get out there and enjoy life with a newborn baby and a 2 year old son ;)

I just got my first injection today. The fluid is burning a little when it is going to my throat. Tinnitus is much louder at the moment but i knew that was te be expected. Tomorow and monday are my second and third injections.

got a call from the hospital a few days ago. They said the research was postponed to February. According to them there will be 2 test groups in February. 0-3 months & 3-12 months. Will keep everyone here informed if i hear something new.

update: got a phone call today that the research has been delayed by a month. Meaning i will be passed the 90 days limit. They said that there will also be a 3-12month trial early next year and that they will keep me updated. Needless to say i was down when i got the news. Part of my hope for...
