I think they want to get FDA approval so they can just use that title as a selling point and to show it’s safe. Levo has FDA approval and from what I’ve heard, does nothing (at least I couldn’t find any reliable user reviews).

...I may be confusing myself. In the study they refer to "noise stimulus". Is this something like AudioNotch or something else? https://aja.pubs.asha.org/article.aspx?articleid=2661617 This study seems flawed to me so I am not really looking to argue the value of LEVO or not here :) Thanks all!!!

Why would you want to invest in habituation, levo is nothing more but learning to ignore tinnitus? It harms the community because it holds actual research back. Yeah that's the issue. Now I'm not saying this is another LEVO, but if they had a good reduction in decibel, then why not mention it? It's possible they had the reduction, but the higher TFI number looks more impressive because there's a good measure of placebo involved in that.

The Levo is a protocol rather than a new sound therapy: The main principle is that one can use the sleep period for habituation because the auditory system never really sleeps, and thus, avoiding to "wear" the sound therapy during the day. They provide customized earbuds that supposed to...

Well If money is no object, get Desynchra. They help you match your frequency, it's slightly cheaper, and it actually reduces tinnitus volume. LEVO works by not matching tinnitus FREQUENCY, but SOUND as well. That's much harder.
