I found this thread because my hissing, ringing tinnitus added crickets on top about a month ago. The crickets aren't really that annoying, but they're really clear and cut through other sounds the way the hissing doesn't.

I've been following reports of tinnitus following the vaccine since the spring, the numbers have been going up from under .4%, to .5%, now it's about 1%, which is not that rare. I don't know what portion it doesn't resolve. I personally suspect it's under reported.
