I had my first Moderna shot on 3/2 and my tinnitus stayed the same. I also had no side effects.

I had blood work last year and my "bilirubin" was in the normal range. This year I was taking the Thiamine pill mentioned on here and my "bilirubin" was abnormal. I now have to have more lab work done in 3 months to see if the vitamin was the cause.

I just got done making an hour's worth of notched music for 8000 Hz tinnitus.

I thought I would share something that has helped me get a little bit better night's sleep. It is "Nature Made 3 mg Melatonin with 200 mg L-theanine" (One bottle has both of those things). I bought mine at Target.
