Don’t assume that your B-12 status is OK because you’re taking B-12. Some people don’t absorb it through the oral route because they lack intrinsic factor in their stomach lining and the only way to get their status up is through injections. I would still have it tested. George

Someone has probably already mentioned this, but based on reading Amazon comments on that Flavonoid supplement, it sounds like it helps people with the Meniere's condition or however that's spelled, luck them!

I guess there's a special minority of people who will benefit from increased cochlear blood flow but the vast majority of people don't get any relief from supplements period! It is terrifying knowing some ENTs and audiologists recommend Lipo Flavonoid.

@Tammy - It does not seem like Lipo-Flavonoid Plus would cause a rash but you never know with allergies. I have a big bottle of 500 to "eat". I did use some of them up, but never any rash. I would get somewhat nauseous on a cruise also.
