Well I didnt do ear syrnging for ear wax removal but I did the caloric test which is similiar. Water is irrigated into the eardrum comes back out and viola. I think anything that involves getting water irrigated in your ear is syringing. I paid a hefty price for it. I wish I could turn back time :(

Do NOT get microsuction or syringing. Have them do a manual cleaning. I hope it is just the wax and your spike subsides soon.

My tinnitus got worse originally from an improper syringing as well. For me it got better after a few months, take care of your ears really well, you should experience some fading.
