But can they create static noise by stretching the neck muscle and tapping on it? I can literally modulate with pushing my head down, backwards and forwards. By stretching and tapping and bending forward creates spikes. Can even modulate different type of tones.

The delivery took a while, but today I finally got the Koss headset. Just a heads up, I can modulate my tinnitus through my neck and jaw, so this may or may not work for me, because I got some form of somatic tinnitus.
