He was calm and collected and explained that “reactiveT is just H and that most people with this subset do get better with time. To his credit, from 6/11/21 - 12/21/21 H and T slowly subsided to non issue. Fucking Covid… :(

    Yes I’m finding that out as I go my T is reactive centralized and high frequency with some nasty metallic zinging/oscillation. I’ve been stuck in Fight or flight for many weeks trying to break that now. Thank u for ur kind words :)
