Damn, 24 sorry you’re going through all this so young. I’m 37 and I’m like why did this have to happen to me but this condition sucks for anyone who gets it. I hope you still get to have a good birthday @PennyCat
Thank you so much @PennyCat appreciate you. It’s been a long 8 months for sure. Up and down, all around with my neck head injury too before this all even started. I’ll hopefully write a more detailed story at some point.
I don’t like the occlusion effect either. The only time I feel like I need to wear them is at the gym because people slamming the weights and machines is hardcore for me. Have you gotten better at all? I’m 7.5 months into this @ErikaS
Yeah it depends on the sound for sure. Loud sudden slams trigger me the most. Plastic bottles too and cellphone speakers but I’ve been getting better at that one. @_shoto
@Utdmad89 yeah I’m better today. Got some sleep last night. Been having these headaches on and off from my neck injury nerve damage. I’m being careful now though for sure. Thank you. Hope you feel better.
Thank you @MindOverMatter I'm still trying to get a grasp on all of this. I used to be so care free and relaxed. I can't believe a neck injury could have done all of this. You've had this all for a long time, wow. You still enjoy doing stuff?
Hey much appreciated for your response @MindOverMatter How are you hanging in there? It's the H that is bothering me more. The TTTS also. But I feel like the H fades somedays then comes back. The high frequency pitches get to me, AC, fans, plastic bags, kids screaming, squeaky car brakes.
