A bit of hearing loss above 15 kHz (a few years of playing drums as a kid, with a month or two of not wearing earplugs), and tinnitus from that in ranges NOT at/above 15 kHz. More "in my head" than "in my ears" type. It's manageable with dietary change, sleeping habit change, meditation, etc...
