I check this occassionally to see how the people who got T around the same time I got it are doing.
I dont really check the posts :p
Wishing you the best :)
I noticed it being reduced to a small mosqiuto sound and I kept doing the valsula movement which now I know was dangerous to do, but I did it once and felt a very loud pop + pain in the ear that had T and later that day it went away and so far has been gone.
I'm glad to hear you are improving. My tinnitus was very similar. Eventually, it settled into something I rarely hear, and honestly, at this point is a nonfactor. I hope yours clears soon.
I miss like just getting home from the gym late at night and laying in bed reading reddit. My ringing is pretty faint but its annoying we have to deal with stuff like this.
@Pixelito no no type of spikes from what I can tell I would say a .5. I can mask it with a simple tik tok video on the lowest setting (iphone speakers) or going for a walk in a silent neighborhood.
@Blue Crab Just a bit, but its really low and I fall asleep perfectly fine. It seems to go away...
Hey man thanks for reaching out. Its gone down to a very low level and I can only really notice at night if there is literally no noise going on.
I'm hoping it goes away 100%
how are you?
Good to hear that, @brooklynfall.
It seems like your ringing is the typical one that most people get. I hope it fully resolves or goes to a level that doesn't cause you many issues.
There just gotta be some way to reduce activity in the brain when it comes to these phantom noises. I've saw some members here used retigabine to reduce their t. Maybe a refinement of that could help. I'm no scientist tho :/
Hi Juliane, sorry to hear that. I hope things turn around for you. I'm ok, I'm not sure if its going down in volume or im getting used to it. I miss silence
