From 13Dec. till 10Jan. it was constant. It had the classic features: stopped when some talked etc. Then i mostly only had it when i woke up from sleep for 2-5min. Now for a week its gone. Humming for me is way harder, than the classic eeeeeeee.
Thank for answering. Mine was constant for a month. Now i have it only when i wake up after sleep, mild for about 2-5min. Then it goes away. It is weird.
On 11th Jan. the hum started to fade to 1/10, next day to 0,5/10, then 0/10, now today its 2/10. Before that it was constant raging since 13th Dec. I hope it stays low or fades to zero.
Yeah, the brain is the Equalizer of T. If i get obsessed with my T, the loudness gets up. If i dont give a damn, it goes quieter over a period of time to a point that i dont realise that i have T.
I have suffered from the same issue in my right ear since 13th December. I don't really know what caused it. I had a neck and jaw adjustment by a chiropractor 6 days prior. And I was depressed because of my normal tinnitus bothering me again after 8 years of habituation.
My hum is getting...
I woke up with the humming 13th December. It gets louder when i look up or laying on my back, quieter when i look down or laying on my belly with face down.
This new carengine-sound is maybe from stress or from the neckadjustment. It is often intermitted or quiet, loudest and most constant at midnight. Louder when my head is up, quieter when my head looks down. Feeling something is working in my ear (vibration or spasm). For me this cannot be normal T.
Mine is in my right ear. Started 6 days after neckadjustment by a chiropractor (13. Dec.) I also had anxiety about my normal T before that. Was habituated for 8 years. But in Nov. i was getting obsessed and depressed about my normal T again. Therefore it became louder.
Mine is in my right ear. Having a hard time with this since the onset in December. Have T since 2014, ringing and morsecode. But this hum at about 100hz is another thing. Hope it goes away. Sometimes its intermitted, sometimes constant. Most bad at midnight. Like an engine running. I feel with...
Mine often starts in silence. First intermitted then after a while constant. Sound like a carengine. Its most bad at midnight. And i am hearing bass sounds a little bit bassier in that ear. So the cause of yours is stress and anxiety?
I am scared that i have something they call the venous hum.
Good news. I have the humming for 18 days. More intense at midnight or when i lay on my back or my head is looking up. Sometimes the humming is intermitted.
Yeah, dont know if stress can cause this. Had a lot of stress, because after 8 years of habituation, i was obsessed with my tinnitus again. As a result it got louder. Then the drone starts...
That drone thing. Great news, that it went away for you. Mine seems to stop with other sound. And it changes in loudness with the position of my head. Had normal T since 2014, but this low drone is more annoying. It has a vibrating thing to it. I am 18 Days in with this low drone (maybe 100hz).
