I would say that the negative effects of Keppra wasn't worth it, I also wasn't sure that I could account for the change with it. Biggest change was with Zoloft. Changed a lot. Sadly people react differently to meds. One person's poison is another one's savior.

So I just got some Huperzine A in the mail and took 200 mcg two hours ago and must say that the first effect is interesting. I feel less brain fog. It might be placebo but that does indeed help not focusing on tinnitus. I will continue the test and report back in a week.
