Intratympanic is completely harmless. I received 8 of them in my right ear (every 3 days in a row) without any consequences. It is inconvenient but without consequences.

I hope it will reach at least partially to my loss (30 dB) of hearing and tinnitus at 3 kHz.

The injection through the eardrum is quite ok and I don't know where so much fear comes from. I received 8 injections of Dexamethasone and after that went for 20 sessions of HBOT with no consequences :).

The eardrum heals in two days after the injection. I received 8 injections in the right ear (every third day of Dexamethasone injections) and after that I immediately had 10 treatments in the Hyperbaric Chamber and there was no problem :) So the injection is not a problem.

After 15 days of using Konftec LLLT, I've had no significant change in tinnitus, but neither has there been deterioration.

Thanks for your reply frpp. My tinnitus started three months ago, caused by COVID-19, along with hearing loss at 3-4 kHz as in the picture... I hope I at least saved the support cells.

@GBB , thanks for the warning, the first day I used konftech 5min and it passed ok (mild heat in the ears), the second day 7min. and there was no reaction ... I skipped 2 days and I will try 10min today .... thanks a lot for the advice ...
