I took 2 Nytol 50mg tabs last night to help me sleep and I woke up with worse tinnitus and it's been like this all day :( I’ve only had tinnitus for 10 days. Is there anything I can take or do in this early stage to prevent my tinnitus from getting worse? Any help or advice would be great.

I got tinnitus a week ago. I’m wanting to try various treatments ASAP as I heard that the sooner you try to treat your tinnitus after onset, the better the results. How much is Lenire? Are steroids a better option for me, seeing my tinnitus onset is so recent? Thanks for any help or advice!

Hi is it the 60mg per day of prednisone that I should take? seeing online it’s 14 days with a 5 day break in between. Or should I try get the injectable steroids ASAP? Any help and advice would be great thanks

My doctor is telling me nothing can be done for my tinnitus. They won’t prescribe oral steroids here and don’t do the injections. So frustrating. I’ll have to try order the oral ones online does anyone have a website I can trust?
