Like you, the aids don't mask the T when it's like 7+ I have brown noise mixed in on a couple settings. It does help on lower levels

I take months or weeks off from here regularly. I'll admit I jump on when I'm struggling also if I've heard anything hopeful. Looking on the research page just now seems no news lately.

@martinberryhorse how I wake up pretty much dictates the rest of the altho it may get a bit louder towards end of day . Never goes down during the day.

@SamRosemary I went a couple years with no breaks then I got 2 and 3 days off last May. I thought it was over. Nope. Since then I get a break hopefully once a week right about when I'm at wits end. So very happy for your 5 day day break :-) !

What does reactive mean?

No @Forever hopeful I'm elated with low T days. Otherwise the hifrquency scream is tortuous

My neck is surely involved but recently had scan & Dr said neck spurs so don't get adjusted (chiropractic or whatever)

Learned I have to sit far away from live pit at theatre but i can't find any earplugs that fit in my ears so I stuff Kleenex or cotton
