Not really, it's one of the safest antibiotics to use. The "mycins" are the antibiotics class to avoid. The worst of these is neomycin.

FWIW, I neither need nor expect complete silence. I'd love to just get back to where I was before getting screwed by Neomycin ear drops. I think reasonable expectations of just taking the edge off are helpful here.

I used Fucidin for dermatitis (on my hand) pre-tinnitus and never had a problem with it. Just skimmed through the patient leaflet, and it's not supposed to cause or worsen tinnitus. In my opinion, it's pretty safe. If possible, avoid neomycin and other aminoglycosides.

Neomycin is known to be ototoxic in some people. See if you can switch to something less potent, and try to avoid aminoglycoside antibiotics going forward.

Claritin is ototoxic? According to whom? I’ve taken it for years without issue, but not with the decongestant component. I know a lot of people try to avoid -mycin medications. I will never understand why ENTs prescribe medications considered ototoxic to people with hearing problems.

Aminoglycosides (like Neomycin) are not toxic to the strial Na/K channels. I doubt this would help you but it could slow down the progression of age-related hearing loss. You could achieve the same later effect with a lower salt, higher potassium diet, though (which Aldosterone affects)...

Cipro gave me tinnitus. It is known to downregulate the gaba a receptors. I wouldn't touch that drug. As an alternative to neomycin, you could try mullein garlic ear drops
