@Fortuna117 Cannabis? I used to smoke prior to tinnitus but when I’ve smoked it’s spiked my tinnitus, making it super loud, I guess it’s a trial and error sort of game. I know a few people on here are taking benzos or Xanax, and said it helps, I don't know, I haven’t been at this for too long.

@just1morething I’m not familiar with Lactimal, I have heard of Gabapentin though just wasn’t sure what it was for. It’s something I’m willing to consider if it doesn’t get better on its own, although I do hear everything just fine so I’m not sure it’s the right road for me.
