    To Anners Joey: Please see my previous comments regarding Desyncra, which is a similar sound "therapy." It was as useless as shining a flashlight would have been, and cost $5,269.00 Others on this forum have reported similar results with Levo.

    Just keeping my fingers crossed it’s not a Levo or Desyncra and becomes recognised as the ‘gold standard’ treatment for tinnitus. May be a bit far fetched but that’s what I’m hoping for.

    Done lots of research for months on things like this and have not found any independent review that these things work just like the Levo system, ACRN. I would hang tight till a real treatment comes about.

    Weirdly, almost all sound therapy stuff uses headphones or earbuds. Neuromonics, the Levo System, and even bimodal stimulation with Lenire.

    The Levo System is that thing you listen to when you sleep, right? I wonder if there's some truth to it considering my tonal tinnitus vanishes for a bit when I hear a 4khz tone. :confused: I'm too scared to even think about trying it though with my hyperacusis.

    Yea, it's some types of music and voice frequencies that I would be careful with headphones, and many who used the voice communicator type headphones like the workers at McDonalds get hearing loss from them.

    Sorry to hear it did not work for you. According to the tinnitusclinic.co.uk tour t frequency must be between 200-8000khz for it to work. Have you tried notched Music Therapy or the Levo system? Did you make the ACRN yourself or did you go to a clinic?

    I was going to do Levo but decided to wait for Neuromod as I had some persona success and failur with home made devices. On a side note: My audiologist said he had about 10 people on it and people are reqorting a significant reduction in intensity/sound. I didn’t go too much into it though.

    They wanted to test for blood flow issues, kinked arteries and other blood vessel issues. Everything came back clear. My Levo appointment was rescheduled for OCT. My audiologist does NOT want to just sell me something without exhausting other potential causes first.
