Perhaps there is a problem with your jaw? It could be very irritated/enflamed and is pressing up against the Eustachian tube/inner ear and makes your ears pop. It sounds severe, I suggest you try to see an ENT as soon as you can. Best of luck.

Grosssssss haha, but hey maybe there is an infection! I don't recall my ENT saying to me straight up "YOU UAVE A SINUS INFECTION" but he said that my sinuses were enflamed and swollen, and gave me prednisone. Maybe the same goes for you! Interesting your doctor wouldn't recognize it though...

I've never been 100% conscious of how sugar has made my T feel, but the ENT I visited said the 4 worst things for T is salt, alcohol, caffeine, and smoke (tobacco/nicotine/marijuana). Sugar is definitely not great for it either to my knowledge.

Well, I have had a sinus infection for a while now which is causing my eustachian tubes to be just as enflamed as my nasal passage. So I do believe it is getting better and clearing up because the ringing has gone down in volume over the last week or so, and my ears have been clearing up as well.

It's all ups and downs. If I hold my confidence, I can feel great. If I think about the bad possibilities of the future, I can become pretty depressed and pessimistic. It can also lead to feeling stressed out. Stress doesn't help T at all, so it's important to try and stay positive!
