I am in severe pain from disc problems. Does anyone have reliable medical information on which drug poses less risk, hydocodone with 325 mg acetaminophen, or Tramadol?

Dr. Price did a thorough evaluation and gave me many options. Ultimately I decided not to do sound therapy, such as TRT or Neuromonics, and I am using pillow speakers with masking noise at night. (I also got a nice pair of musicians' ear plugs).

Thanks for the warm welcomes! To answer the question, the NSAID I took was Voltaren, on top of Tramadol, a pain killer, so the Voltaren definitely put me over the top, at least. Shortly after I took it, the symptoms got worse.
