Noise-Induced Tinnitus. Four Months Now. Scared.

My tinnitus is noise-induced too. I got it after going to a music festival, being too near to the soundbox and I didn't wear earplugs. To be honest, it sucks having it. I'm 20 and I have got to do a lot of things ahead. Sometimes I feel positive and enjoy the moments. Sometimes I feel so down...

Still Go Clubbing or to Bars or Go Rave at Music Festivals?

Do you guys still go to clubs and bars and other loud fancy places after having tinnitus? I still go to bars and some loud places with my friends 'cause I don't need to get away from them because of my tinnitus. I Don't Even Remember the Last Time I Heard Complete Silence

I wonder what it feels like to hear silence. I also remember that one night I heard the sound that I don't know how to express about it in my ears, I don't remember exactly, but it sounds like a tinnitus and I ignored it 'cause it was normal to hear it in silence. And a question pops up in my...

Is It Safe to Swim with Tinnitus?

Thank you :) Swimming really relaxes me everytime and I should swim more and often 'cause it can reduce stress and depression that I got from tinnitus. I was worried at first as I heard that when I have the ringing, I cannot dive or snorkel into the water. I think it's really okay to swim

In October, I went to an edm music festival and I wasn't aware that I was too near to the soundbox and also I was on the front line. My friends were fine the next day but I wasn't. When I got back home, I instantly knew that...

Thank you so much for your replies guys @Capricornus @Julien87 @stophiss @Rings-a-Bell :) I got back from the beach today. Is It Safe to Swim with Tinnitus?

Hi, I have tinnitus for like one month and a half. It's caused by loud noise exposure. I'm going to the beach and is it safe to swim? I'm worried that it might get worse if I swim. My doctor said there is no damage to the both of my ears. I think I should wear ear plugs when I swim. Any thoughts?
