Do Ears Heal?
I think mine fluctuates according to weather. Around 37 degrees today and yesterday and it's bothering me today for the first time in two months. -
What I'm Doing
Eliminated things like hamburgers etc and added carrots, tomatoes and lettuce. Bit sleeping 8 hours is the most importante thing, more than diet -

mine also increased day by day in the first month i've read that nerves only start to cure after 4 weeks, they stay quiet for 4 weeks after damage. -

Friendly Car Guide for Tinnitus Sufferers
Mine is a SEAT Ibiza 1.4 16v petrol and could not be worse... it is the same platform as the VW Polo... I fitted the underbonnet insulation from the diesels versions, two weeks ago but didnt improve that much, the engine is quieter but everything else is still loud... average 68-70db at 110km/h... -

my tinnitus is very reactive right now, very unstable... even normal daily noises causes it to spike, like the cook hood, or driving my car, closing a door, ppl speaking, etc... hope it settles to minor as some days it is. -
