I steam my face and use a neti pot. They both help keep my sinuses clear. I do both once a week. Get better.

Hi Jonathan, have you tried sound therapy/maskers? There's the audio player on this web site and a bunch on you tube. They help me cope. Check them out. Hope you feel better soon.

Welcome, I also have sudden hearing loss. I'm going on six weeks. Everyday is different for me but the ringing is constant. I have to use maskers, sound therapy, to get through my day. Mornings are the worst. I'm determined to return to my normal routines but some days are challenging. I'm...

My brain is vibrating.

I use trazadone, melatonin and sometimes cannabis.

So loud last night that I had to wear both ear buds with audio player to sleep. Still loud this morning but a little better.

Watching comedians on Netflix.

Had a decent day but now I'm depressed.

I like this guy. He makes sense to me. I've been using you tube tinnitus videos. Spotify has some tinnitus sounds also.

My sinuses either plug up or open up. I know what you mean. I want my old self/life back again too. It's going to take a lot of patience and determination. My family and friends reassure me that it's all going to get better. We can do it!

I'm going to attend a tinnitus class and support group for depression in July through Kaiser .

Feeling sad. Only three hours sleep.

Have you had a hearing test? That was the first thing they did for me.

Recovering from second ear drum injection. This one was rough. Vertigo and vomiting.

I get the super high pitches and the shushing. I'd rather have the shushing. I have a really hard time masking the high pitches especially in the middle of the night.

I don't know what it is either.

It's going to be a long day. I'm tired.
