I had the exact same thing. Ringing/hissing in the ears started 14 days after a concert.

Those ear plug companies should inform their customers about the fact that hearing protection does not protect against sound waves through bone conduction.

I am not going to any concert ever again.

I got the exact same thing. Tinnitus hit about 12 days AFTER a loud concert (during which I had 25 DB earplugs in my ears the whole gig). I am also in Holland. Maybe we can connect.
