An update with this is the ear that has the Pulsatile Tinnitus makes a noise when I touch it? I have told this to my ENT and there is never a answer. Also at night as I try to sleep I have weird twitches like with my heart connected to my ear. I am going to see a cardiologist Doctor this week.
