I've had panic attacks before and it never happened to me. I wonder why this happens to certain people for different reasons. There's so many causes.

@Marcos Que I still get anxiety its been 5 months, and I'm sure it has lowered in the first 3 months. Now I think my brain is just adjusting because I haven't noticed improvement. Hopefully in a few more months.

@Kelvin thanks! Yours is pretty recent, have you thought about trying lipoflavonoid vitamins? Its crazy to think a dentist visit can cause tinnitus, who would ever think.

@CDNThailand hey I used to have hypercausis, I listened to pink noise on my lunch break and at home whenever I could and it went away. I think I did it for 3 weeks. I listened to it on a normal level maybe more on the lower side but it did help.

@CDNThailand im going to try it but if my tinnitus spikes im not going to work out. I rather not have spikes at all. I'm like obsessed with tinnitus that I haven't been eating much because I think everything will give me a spike.

@AuntSally the first weeks were so bad for me I got prescribed lorazepam. It did help me sleep and I'm thankful for it. I tried not to take it unless I had really bad anxiety. After a while I noticed it gave me bad withdrawals, not sure how if I only took it as needed. Anyway what helps me...
