I'm glad it worked out for you, but syringing can cause an increase in tinnitus, as it's happened to a lot of users here. Good it worked out for you, but please be careful and use other methods of earwax removal. Only syringe if it gets too packed in.

The GP/ENT will be able to see if you have wax straight away so I would just go and let them check. As you know though syringing can cause tinnitus.
