Tinnitus, TMJ, Headaches, Neck Pain, Facial Pain, etc. — Possible Treatment

...Thing is, a doctor with no T experience can give it to me. If it goes wrong, I'm the one who is paying the price. I've continued the acupuncture, this time for facial pain. The acupuncturist put some electrical wires onto the acupuncture needles and yes it was irritating. It did not really...

    Acupuncture Success

Thanks for posting! I’ve only been dealing with this for 3/4 weeks and I’ve found acupuncture to be helpful as well. It can be expensive so I would advise others to give community acupuncture a try. My place offers a sliding scale fee of $15-$35. Whatever you feel like paying that day! It has...

There Is Much You Can Do for Your Tinnitus and Hyperacusis

@antonio77: The fact that the acupuncturist elicited or aggravated your symptoms suggests that he hit a trigger point responsible for your symptoms at least in part. I think this is very encouraging and you should try acupuncture again or Trigger Point therapy (manual therapy).
