    ...for a circa 60 min period. During that period the clinician moves the needle (I'm thinking this is something akin to a kind of deep-tissue acupuncture) presumably to innervate the nerve. So the protocol seems to be a mixture of Lidocaine injection together with physical movement of the needle.
