Well i cant find anything specific relating fexofenadine with ototoxicicity so that might be the safest bet yet? We also have it in norway under the name Telfast so might give it a try then instead of risking anything with Zyrtec

Zyrtec seems to be the most common for allergies and i really need some relief for my pollen allergies right now. I can’t find anything about tinnitus on the side effects in the package, but when I Google Zyrtec and tinnitus it says that it is ototoxic and this not recommended. What to do?

CT and x-Rays are not loud at all from my experience. Ive done several from head to toe and had bad H for a long time. The MRI is loud and usually lasts for 20min, its smart to use or buy some ear plugs for this one :)

I can absolutely see you're point. I cant speak for everyone, only myself and with my T, and sudden or none sudden high sounds/noises have never had an effect in worsening my T at all.. Even though it indeed have worsened it havent been connected to any loud sounds as i know off. Hopefully maby...

I don't have any good answers for the 2 first questions, but for number 3, i would recommend some custom earplugs ( they will surely come in handy some time). Its not always easy to know if you are gonna experiance loud noises, like shouting or whatever, so getting a pair of custom earplugs...
