I've had tinnitus for over 14 years and it keeps getting worse if exposed to very loud environments. Don't ever think it can't get any louder because it can. It's that simple it can get worse if you don't protect your ears.

Yeah, I've used both they help out especially for sleep or just to calm down when anxiety is super high. I'm not dependent on them though, just use on emergencies. Thanks
