Don’t assume that your B-12 status is OK because you’re taking B-12. Some people don’t absorb it through the oral route because they lack intrinsic factor in their stomach lining and the only way to get their status up is through injections. I would still have it tested. George

@Tammy - It does not seem like Lipo-Flavonoid Plus would cause a rash but you never know with allergies. I have a big bottle of 500 to "eat". I did use some of them up, but never any rash. I would get somewhat nauseous on a cruise also.
