I will be getting an MRI of head soon I hope. But this question is bugging my mind, because people say it's too loud. Can it cause hearing loss or damage ears in any way? I'm trying to take care of my ears which are already damaged.

Thanks for all replies. Yes I used to hear the pulsatile sound but only 2 or 3 times in whole year when I was in bed. I didn't realize any other symptoms. Tomorrow I hope I'm going to my ENT and talk to him about what we can do. Take care.

Hey Rosie First of all I hope you are making better. I'm a new member also, with pulsatile tinnitus. I can also hear my pulsatile tinnitus with stethoscope, so it's objective (I put stethoscope on my right ear, listened with my left ear). I didn't get any test except a hearing test yet.
