Hey, I just read through this thread for the first time. After reading about the Neomycin drops increasing your tinnitus, I felt mine start to elevate. I used the same thing, except in a gel form, over a year ago (February 2021) for a skin infection in my eyelid that also transferred to my eye...

If anything, it would likely work better on high frequency loss because the drug has a shorter distance to diffuse from the round window.
