Hey guys, Anyone got any speakers they can recommend, that are high quality and can be kept at low volume, non-bassy and such that are not heavy on the ears?

    Delayed Pain

I know, I was not thinking clearly at the time, I thought it may help my ears "recover" but I have already accepted the condition. I just want to know if anyone with H has been experiencing the pain in a delayed manner, as "in the moment" it feels fine but a few minutes later you feel the...

    Delayed Pain

Hi, I've not exposed my ears to proper sound for a few months now. Today I've listened to some music on speakers for about 15 mins at about 50 dB according to sound meter, I have felt slight discomfort but no pain during listening. However, about 10 minutes afterwards I've gotten a headache on...

It has gotten better, on the left ear(higher pitched, less loud baseline, easier to ignore), right ear has been pretty much the same since sound exposure in swimming pool, a sound that fluctuates non-stop and causes me the most distress and sleep-less nights.

    Eardrum Moving When I Breathe

Hi All. I was wondering if anyone can advise on this issue. I can feel the eardrum in my right ear moving when I breathe, it is not tensor tympani syndrome as it does not do it in reaction to sounds, I can literally feel the eardrum or middle ear retracting when I breathe in, and extending...

It Doesn't Matter How Bad Your Tinnitus Is, You Can Heal from It... I Have

When I was at the psychiatrist - being suicidal because of tinnitus, I was offered Lexapro to calm me down, thank god I did not take that, might've made my situation worse. Enjoy your life Tavia, hopefully it will 100% fade for you and it won't even be heard in a quiet room anymore.

Hi, I wanted to discuss something on my mind, The act of tinnitus "fading", particularly with noise-induced T and any that are caused by actual damage to the inner ear. We know that once damage is occurred, the brain keeps misfiring signals from hyperactive neurons to compensate for the lost...
