Does Physical Activity Temporarily Worsen Your Tinnitus?

How long does it take you for the tinnitus to get better after physical activity. For me it takes a couple of hours but now I'm afraid to walk my dog, yard and house work and even going to the store and shopping for grocery's.

    Could Ritalin Worsen Tinnitus?

Thanks, I don't plan on taking Ritalin because I have only taken it a couple of times. Your lucky that caffeine doesn't bother you because caffeine is one to kept away from. I quit coffee and all caffeine including hot chocolate. Thanks

    Tinnitus Returned

I never thought of sugar but salt and alcohol are bad ones also. I don't take Aspirin but the day the ringing came back I took Motrin however I don't take it anymore. The healthy you are and eating the right things and keeping away from the wrong thing will help which is what I'm tying to do.
