Month 4 Update: No improvements. Things have stayed about the same since the beginning. Each day is a small struggle to make it to the evening and go to sleep, only to start over again the next day. The slight improvement I noticed in month 3 turned out to be due to Clonazepam, which is known...

Yes, but it costs a 1000 freaking bucks. I also found these two: https://icbt4tinnitus.com/ Cost: unknown. https://www.tinnituseprogram.org/ Cost: 295 - 625 pounds (depending on how many personal consultations you want). I have not found other courses. Han anyone tried these? Thoughts?

Acoustic Trauma-Induced Tinnitus from Shooting AK-47 at a Gun Range

I tried to word my comment to make it as non-controversial as possible. It was never meant to be offensive in any way. I do not seek any kind of controversy. Take care, my friend. :)

Acoustic Trauma-Induced Tinnitus from Shooting AK-47 at a Gun Range

Every case is different. For one person who never improved, there’s another who completely recovered. Just check the success stories section; there are many people with gunshot trauma whose tinnitus completely disappeared. It’s not helpful to lean toward pessimism. That’s just my personal opinion.

Yes, I guess so. I started with a low dosage between September 13 and began tapering off on October 8. The tapering will finish tomorrow. I hope that a low dosage for a short course won’t leave me with any permanent worsening.

I think so. I had notes about "positive moments" and realized most of them were actually during the period when I was taking Rivotril, except for one good week at the end of August. I tapered by reducing 1 drop every 3 days (I was taking 3 drops in the morning and 3 drops in the evening). So it...

I'm very sorry to hear about your situation, and I truly hope it improves one day, or that you find relief with the Shore Device. The problem might improve with time. Even if the treatment is effective, the body still needs time to return to normal. Clonazepam (Klonopin, Rivotril)

Anyway, I discovered that Clonazepam completely kills my libido and affects my ability to have an erection. I found a study indicating that: Because of this, I started tapering off Clonazepam yesterday, reducing by one drop every three days (I currently take six drops a day) until I reach zero.

    Clonazepam (Klonopin, Rivotril)

Fairly high? I'm sorry, but the initial dose is up to 1.5 mg per day, and I’m only taking half of that. Are you saying you take just 1 drop per day? That’s almost nothing.
