A year ago I did have testing done, due to the volume increase...Yes cilia in both ears were damaged..slight right ear hearing loss...I told the ENT that it happened from a flight and he said, "No, it doesn't happen from that"...But it did!

Yes I agree,Peter, 100% . I have increasing tinnitus and it is getting severe...I must use my mind to accept and relax... But I hope for a cure...SOON!
